Tuna Ceviche Tostadas with Guacamole

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cups lime juice
salt and pepper
8 envelopes Marina Azul® tuna in water
3/4 cups lime juice
1/4 cups olive oil
1/4 red onions, finely chopped
3 Habanero chiles, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 cups tomato, finely chopped
2 mangoes, in cubes
1 tablespoon oregano
salt and pepper
8 tostadas
leek, in strips, fried for garnish

For the guacamole, in a bowl mash the avocados until smooth and mix with onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
For the ceviche, in a bowl mix the Marina Azul® tuna in water with lime juice and olive oil. Let it marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Remove the tuna from the refrigerator and mix in the onion, habanero chili, cilantro, tomato, mango, and season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Assemble the tostadas by spreading a little guacamole on the base, adding some tuna ceviche, and garnishing with fried leek. Serve immediately.
