Tuna Ceviche Tostadas with Guacamole

  • 2 avocados
  • 3 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 envelopes Marina Azul® tuna in water
  • 3/4 cups lime juice
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 red onions, finely chopped
  • 3 Habanero chiles, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 mangoes, in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 tostadas
  • leek, in strips, fried for garnish

  • For the guacamole, in a bowl mash the avocados until smooth and mix with onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • For the ceviche, in a bowl mix the Marina Azul® tuna in water with lime juice and olive oil. Let it marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Remove the tuna from the refrigerator and mix in the onion, habanero chili, cilantro, tomato, mango, and season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Assemble the tostadas by spreading a little guacamole on the base, adding some tuna ceviche, and garnishing with fried leek. Serve immediately.
