Tuna Crepes

  • First, we will sift our flour into a bowl and add the egg, butter, a pinch of salt, lemon zest, sugar, and tomato concentrate.

  • Finally, we are going to fill our crepes, fold them in half and then again in half, forming a triangle. Now, make it like a turnover and seal the edges with a little beaten egg, fill them with flour and dip them in flour and egg, and now, we need to fry them in oil.
