Ingredients

  • 100 grams flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 grams butter

  • 2 cans tuna, (for the filling)
  • 2 twigs celery, (for the filling)
  • 1 carrot, (for the filling)
  • parsley, (for the filling)
  • salt, (for the filling)
  • 1 egg, (for the filling)
  • flour, (for the filling)
  • black pepper, (for the filling)

Preparation

First we are going to sift our flour, in a bowl and add the egg, the butter, a pinch of salt, the lemon zest, the sugar and the tomato concentrate.
Now we are going to add the butter to our pan and add a little bit of the mix of crepes we have made. and turn when it begins to curdle.
Once our crepes are ready in a bowl we are going to put the tuna and our cream of béchamel, we are going to chop the celery and the carrot (it can be grated too) we are going to season with the salt pepper and parsley and we perfectly integrate all the mentioned ingredients .
And finally we are going to fill our crepes, we are going to fold them in half and then again in half, leaving a triangle, now make as if it were a pie and close the edges with a little beaten egg, fill them with flour and immerse them in flour and egg and now yes, you have to fry them in oil.

PRESENTATION

You can present it with a salad of lettuce with tomato and if you want a spicy flavor add a little chili to the tuna mixture.

TIPS

You can refrigerate the mixture of your crepes for 30 minutes to have a better result.
