This recipe, besides being delicious, is magnificent when you have guests or a dinner because it looks great but is also very easy to prepare and is made with very simple ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter, set aside.
Fill the tortillas with the previously drained tuna, approximately 2 tablespoons.
Wrap like a taco and place in the baking dish.
Repeat the process until all the crepes are formed, set aside.
In the blender, mix the cream, yellow cheese or spreadable cheddar, chipotle pepper (if you want it less spicy, add only half) and the powdered chicken broth.
Pour this mixture over the crepes previously placed in the baking dish.
Sprinkle the grated manchego cheese on top.
Place the baking dish uncovered in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
