Tuna Crepes with Cheese and Chipotle Sauce

This recipe, besides being delicious, is magnificent when you have guests or a dinner because it looks great but is also very easy to prepare and is made with very simple ingredients.

  • 4 cans tuna in oil

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter, set aside.
  • Fill the tortillas with the previously drained tuna, approximately 2 tablespoons.
  • Wrap like a taco and place in the baking dish. Repeat the process until all the crepes are formed, set aside.
  • In the blender, mix the cream, yellow cheese or spreadable cheddar, chipotle pepper (if you want it less spicy, add only half) and the powdered chicken broth.
  • Pour this mixture over the crepes previously placed in the baking dish. Sprinkle the grated manchego cheese on top.
  • Place the baking dish uncovered in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
