Tuna Croquettes for Beginners

  • 1 can canned tuna in water, drained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • vegetable oil, as needed

  • Mix the tuna, salt, bell pepper, and egg in a deep bowl; once integrated, form balls of the desired size and roll them in the breadcrumbs, pressing them.
  • In a small deep pot with oil that fills at least half its depth to cover the tuna balls, it should be preheated for at least 5 minutes before adding the tuna balls; let them brown and turn until the desired color is achieved.
