Prepare these delicious tuna empanadas, with a delicious spicy twist chilpotle flavor, very soft inside and crispy on the outside, accompanied by avocado, mayonnaise and lemon. They are ideal for eating as a snack.
1 cup Del Fuerte® tomato purée with chipotle chile
1/4 onions, finely chopped
salt and pepper
3 cups flour, for the mass
2 tablespoons sugar, for the mass
1/2 teaspoons salt, for the mass
1/4 cups vegetable oil, for the mass
1 cup water, for the mass
flour, to extend
2 cups vegetable oil, to fry

In a bowl place the tuna, add the Tomato Puree with Chilpotle Del Fuerte®. Add the onion and season with salt and pepper.
For the dough: in a bowl mix the flour with the sugar, the salt, and the oil. Knead until well blended, add the water until it is soft and smooth. Let stand 20 minutes.
Spread the dough on a floured surface and cut circles of 10 cm in diameter, add the tuna filling, close the tarnish with the help of your fingers pressing.
Heat the oil over medium heat, fry the empanadas until golden brown.
Serve with slices of avocado, cilantro, mayonnaise and lemons.
