Prepare these delicious tuna empanadas, with a delightful spicy chipotle flavor, very soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, accompanied by avocado, mayonnaise, and lime. They are ideal for eating as a snack.
1 cup Del Fuerte® tomato purée with chipotle chile
1/4 onions, finely chopped
salt and pepper
3 cups flour, for the dough
2 tablespoons sugar, for the dough
1/2 teaspoons salt, for the dough
1/4 cups vegetable oil, for the dough
1 cup water, for the dough
flour, for rolling out
2 cups vegetable oil, for frying
1 avocado, for serving
mayonnaise, for serving
lime, for serving
fresh cilantro, for serving

In a bowl, place the tuna, add Del Fuerte® Tomato Puree with Chipotle. Add the onion and season with salt and pepper.
For the dough: in a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, salt, and oil. Knead until combined, gradually add water until you have a soft and smooth dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut circles 10 cm in diameter, add the tuna filling, close the empanada using your fingers to press.
Heat the oil over medium heat, fry the empanadas until golden.
Serve with slices of avocado, cilantro, mayonnaise, and limes.
