This is a great option to prepare delicious tuna in a different way than usual and break the routine; it’s a delicious recipe that I hope you try at home.
First, in our pan, we seal our tuna steaks, seasoning them with salt and pepper to taste.
With our previously cooked tomatoes, we put them in a blender along with the mint and basil leaves, and a little water, adding a clove of garlic, and blend very well until forming a sauce with an adequate consistency.
Now, since our pieces of tuna are well sealed, we will add the onion and the pieces of bell pepper, letting them cook for about 2 or 3 minutes.
Now we add our delicious sauce and a few bay leaves.
Ready, we have our perfect dish, easy and quick.
