First, in our pan, we seal our tuna steaks, seasoning them with salt and pepper to taste. With our previously cooked tomatoes, we put them in a blender along with the mint and basil leaves, and a little water, adding a clove of garlic, and blend very well until forming a sauce with an adequate consistency.
