Tuna Medallion with Asian Flavor

Nothing like a bittersweet taste in food, here I share a rich recipe that can be made with tuna or any other fish fillet with an Asian touch using soy, ginger, honey and sesame seeds.

  • 2 Dolores® tuna medallions
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • pinches ground ginger
  • salt, and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • In a bowl mix honey, soy sauce and ginger.
  • Put the tuna steaks in a salpimentar platter and add the previous mixture.
  • On a grill put the tuna steak for 6 minutes each side, the center will be pink. If you like, leave it longer so that it is more cooked.
