2 tuna, Tuny® in medallions
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onions
4 tomatoes
10 green olives
1 clove garlic
2 leaves bay
salt and pepper

Place the tuna medallions on a platter, spreading each one with 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
In a hot skillet, add ½ tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the onion for 10 minutes.
Add the tomato, olives, garlic, salt, and bay leaf.
Cook until all ingredients are well cooked.
Cook the tuna on a grill for 5 minutes on each side, the center will remain pink.
Serve the tuna with the sauce.
