Tuna Medallions with Mediterranean Sauce

Prepare these delicious Tuny tuna medallions with Mediterranean sauce, they are completely delicious and super healthy.

  • 2 tuna, Tuny® in medallions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 10 green olives
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 leaves bay
  • salt and pepper

  • Place the tuna medallions on a platter, spreading each one with 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • In a hot skillet, add ½ tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the onion for 10 minutes.
  • Add the tomato, olives, garlic, salt, and bay leaf.
  • Cook until all ingredients are well cooked.
  • Cook the tuna on a grill for 5 minutes on each side, the center will remain pink.
  • Serve the tuna with the sauce.
