2 tuna, Tuny® in medallions
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onions
4 tomatoes
10 green olives
1 clove garlic
2 leaves bay
salt and pepper

Put the tuna medallions on a platter, spread each with 1 ½ tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper.
In a hot pan, add ½ tablespoon of olive oil and season the onion for 10 minutes.
Add the tomato, olives, garlic, salt and bay leaf.
Cook until all the ingredients have been cooked.
Cook the tuna on a grill 5 minutes on each side, the center will be pink.
Serve the tuna with the sauce.
