Tuna Medallions with Mediterranean Sauce

Prepare these delicious tuna medallions Tuny with Mediterranean sauce, they are completely delicious and super healthy.

  • 2 tuna, Tuny® in medallions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 10 green olives
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 leaves bay
  • salt and pepper

  • Put the tuna medallions on a platter, spread each with 1 ½ tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • In a hot pan, add ½ tablespoon of olive oil and season the onion for 10 minutes.
  • Add the tomato, olives, garlic, salt and bay leaf.
  • Cook until all the ingredients have been cooked.
  • Cook the tuna on a grill 5 minutes on each side, the center will be pink.
  • Serve the tuna with the sauce.
