2 cups water
1 envelope onion, onion cream dip
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1 canned tuna
1/2 cups celery, chopped
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
pickled chiles, or chopped pickled peppers
2 eggs , cooked chopped into small cubes
1 tablespoon juice, of lemon

Dissolve the contents of the onion cream in a little water, bring it to a boil, and cook for 8 minutes until it thickens.
Add the unflavored gelatin and mix well. Add the other ingredients and stir.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased mold.
Refrigerate until completely set. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
