This is a very tasty and different way to prepare and present tuna. A dish with fish and puff pastry that is very easy to cook and, above all, healthy. Perfect for a delicious meal, especially if accompanied by a salad.
1 egg, mixed with a tablespoon of water for brushing
olive oil, to taste

Finely chop the onion, garlic, celery, carrot, and spinach, and slice the olives.
Drain the tuna.
In a skillet, heat the oil. Once hot, add the garlic, onion, and celery, then add the carrot, tuna, spinach, capers, and olives, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a previously greased mold.
Once the tuna is cool, place it on the mold that already has the rolled out puff pastry.
In my case, I made strips of puff pastry to cover. Brush with egg.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until the pastry is cooked.
Serve and accompany with a salad of your choice.
