4 button mushrooms, large
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside the caps, scraping out the gills from the bottom with a spoon.
In a bowl, mix the tuna in water Dolores®, olive oil, onion, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, and parsley.
Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper, fill them with the tuna mixture, and place them on a greased baking tray.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve.
