Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside the caps, scraping out the gills from the bottom with a spoon. In a bowl, mix the tuna in water Dolores®, olive oil, onion, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, and parsley.
