1 jar salsa, of BBQ with Oregano Mixed Kitchen®
3 fresh tuna
100 milliliters olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/3 teaspoons red peppercorn
1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 clove
10 milliliters lime juice, yellow
2 cups alfalfa sprouts
1/4 cups fresh cilantro
1/4 cups fresh parsley
2 green apples
2 avocados
30 grams salt

Finely chop the tuna and season it with the spices, previously ground. Add olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper, reserve.
Mix the parsley and cilantro, taking care not to mistreat them, cut the apples into very thin slices. Mix the fruit with the herbs of smell.
Crush the avocado to form a puree, add salt and pepper and a little olive oil.
Heat the BBQ sauce in a pot at a very low temperature for 20 minutes, check the seasoning.
Mount the tuna, place a little sauce on a plate. Then place a little avocado and on top of it, add the tuna and finally, the shoots.
