Tuna tartare with BBQ sauce

Tartar tuna in BBQ sauce is a fresh recipe, light, delicious and perfect as the start of a delicious dinner. It is simple to make and if you add the BBQ sauce with Oregano Cocina Mestiza® it will be spectacular.

  • 1 jar salsa, of BBQ with Oregano Mixed Kitchen®
  • 3 fresh tuna
  • 100 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/3 teaspoons red peppercorn
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 clove
  • 10 milliliters lime juice, yellow
  • 2 cups alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cups fresh parsley
  • 2 green apples
  • 2 avocados
  • 30 grams salt

  • Finely chop the tuna and season it with the spices, previously ground. Add olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper, reserve.
  • Mix the parsley and cilantro, taking care not to mistreat them, cut the apples into very thin slices. Mix the fruit with the herbs of smell.
  • Crush the avocado to form a puree, add salt and pepper and a little olive oil.
  • Heat the BBQ sauce in a pot at a very low temperature for 20 minutes, check the seasoning.
  • Mount the tuna, place a little sauce on a plate. Then place a little avocado and on top of it, add the tuna and finally, the shoots.
