1/2 cups soy sauce
30 grams black sesame seeds
30 grams sesame seeds, white
2 fresh tuna steak

Mix the soy sauce and olive oil. Marinate the tuna fillets for at least 30 minutes (while marinating, place in the refrigerator).
Mix the two types of sesame seeds.
Remove the tuna from the marinade and coat it with the sesame mixture.
Sear the fillets on all sides with a little olive oil.
Slice the fillet into thin pieces and arrange on a plate.
