Tuna Tataki

Tuna tataki is a typical recipe in all restaurants. The tuna is coated with black and white sesame seeds and then sliced into thin pieces.

  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 30 grams black sesame seeds
  • 30 grams sesame seeds, white
  • 2 fresh tuna steak

  • Mix the soy sauce and olive oil. Marinate the tuna fillets for at least 30 minutes (while marinating, place in the refrigerator).
  • Mix the two types of sesame seeds.
  • Remove the tuna from the marinade and coat it with the sesame mixture.
  • Sear the fillets on all sides with a little olive oil.
  • Slice the fillet into thin pieces and arrange on a plate.
