Tuna tataki is a typical recipe in all restaurants. The tuna is covered with black and white sesame seed and then sliced ​​in thin slices.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 30 grams black sesame seed
  • 30 grams sesame seed, White
  • 2 fresh tuna steaks

Preparation

Mix soy and olive oil. Marinate the tuna steaks for at least 30 min (while marinade is in the refrigerator).
Mix the two types of sesame.
Remove the tuna from the marinade and pass it through the sesame mixture.
Seal the fillets on all sides with a little olive oil.
Slice the fillet into thin slices and place on a plate.

PRESENTATION

If you want on top of the slices you can put serrano pepper sliced ​​and a little olive oil and soy. But this put it right before serving.

TIPS
