Preparation
Mix soy and olive oil. Marinate the tuna steaks for at least 30 min (while marinade is in the refrigerator).
Mix the two types of sesame.
Remove the tuna from the marinade and pass it through the sesame mixture.
Seal the fillets on all sides with a little olive oil.
Slice the fillet into thin slices and place on a plate.
