1/2 cups soy sauce
30 grams chia seeds
2 fresh tuna steak

Mix the soy sauce and olive oil. Marinate the tuna fillets for a minimum of 30 minutes (while marinating, place in the refrigerator).
Remove the tuna from the marinade and coat it in a bowl with chia to create a crust.
Sear the fillets on all sides with a little olive oil.
Slice the fillet into thin slices and arrange them on a plate.
