Tuna tataki is a typical recipe in all restaurants. The tuna is covered with chia, which is a food used by the Aztecs, is very nutritious and has many health benefits.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce
  • 30 grams of chia
  • 2 fresh tuna steaks

    Preparation

    Mix soy and olive oil. Marinate the tuna steaks for at least 30 min (while marinade is in the refrigerator).
    Remove the tuna from the marinade and pass it through a bowl with chia crusting.
    Seal the fillets on all sides with a little olive oil.
    Slice the fillet into thin slices and place on a plate.

    PRESENTATION

    If you want on top of the slices you can put serrano pepper sliced ​​and a little olive oil and soy. But this put it right before serving.

    TIPS

    Take care to only seal the fillets so that the center is pink and only the crust has coloration.
