Tuna Toasts with Mayonnaise and Chipotle

  • 3/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups chipotle chile
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 600 grams tuna
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 8 corn tostadas
  • 1/4 cups black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cups leek, in julienne and fried
  • 2 avocados, in a fan shape

  • For the chipotle mayonnaise, in a bowl, use a spoon to mix the mayonnaise with the ground chipotle, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  • On a cutting board, cut the tuna into small cubes and place it in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, orange juice, lemon juice, and ginger. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • Spread each toast with a little chipotle mayonnaise, add the tuna, black sesame, fried leek, avocado, and decorate with more chipotle mayonnaise. Enjoy.
