10 guajillo chiles
2 cups water, hot
1/2 onions
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
2 cloves
1 teaspoon cumin
pinches salt, and pepper
4 cans tuna
vegetable oil
1/4 pineapples, cut into cubes
10 tostadas
1/2 onions, chopped (for garnish)
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, washed, disinfected, and chopped (for garnish)
salsa, to accompany

Soak the chiles in water until softened, drain them, and blend with the onion, garlic, vinegar, cloves, cumin, salt, and pepper.
In a deep bowl, add the tuna in Dolores® water and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the tuna with the prepared sauce.
In a skillet with a little oil, add the mixture to heat it up.
Put the mixture on tostadas, sprinkle with pineapple, cilantro, and onion.
Serve with sauce.
