  • Soak the chiles in water until softened, drain them, and blend with the onion, garlic, vinegar, cloves, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • In a deep bowl, add the tuna in Dolores® water and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix the tuna with the prepared sauce.
  • In a skillet with a little oil, add the mixture to heat it up.
  • Put the mixture on tostadas, sprinkle with pineapple, cilantro, and onion.
  • Serve with sauce.
