Tuna Tostadas with Chipotle Mayonnaise

I love this recipe for tuna tostadas; I recommend it as a snack for a hot afternoon, it's delicious and full of flavor.

  • 1 avocado
  • 300 grams tuna, fresh, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped, to taste
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1 lime, extract the juice
  • leek, cut into strips, fried, for garnish
  • mayonnaise, chipotle
  • 6 tostadas

  • In a pan, brown the garlic with the olive oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Add the soy sauce and lime and mix well.
  • Chop the leek into very thin strips and fry them in a pan.
  • Before serving, take a tostada and spread a layer of chipotle mayonnaise.
  • Mix the tuna with the soy sauce and garlic and place it on the tostadas, on top of the mayonnaise.
  • Add the fried leek on top of the tuna and two slices of avocado.
  • Repeat with all the tostadas and serve.
