Tuna Tostadas with Chipotle Mayonnaise

1 avocado
300 grams tuna, fresh, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped, to taste
1/4 cups olive oil
1/4 cups soy sauce
1 lime, extract the juice
leek, cut into strips, fried, for garnish
mayonnaise, chipotle

In a pan, brown the garlic with the olive oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add the soy sauce and lime and mix well.
Chop the leek into very thin strips and fry them in a pan.
Before serving, take a tostada and spread a layer of chipotle mayonnaise.
Mix the tuna with the soy sauce and garlic and place it on the tostadas, on top of the mayonnaise.
Add the fried leek on top of the tuna and two slices of avocado.
Repeat with all the tostadas and serve.
