Zucchini Patties with Tuna

This dish is loved by my family and me, as it's a great way to eat vegetables with protein and a very delicious flavor. A family friend taught me this recipe a few years ago, and since then we have kept it as part of our menu.

1 can tuna
2 eggs
1 zucchini, tender
1 bunch fresh cilantro
vegetable oil
salt, to taste

Heat the oil in a skillet. Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl. Empty the can of tuna and mix.
Grate the zucchini raw and add it to the bowl.
Finely chop a little cilantro and add it to the mixture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape the mixture into patties with your hands and fry them until golden brown on each side.
Fry in the preheated skillet, shaping them into patties.
