Valentine's Day Salmon Tartare

A delicious salmon tartare to make on Valentine's Day or any romantic occasion.

  • 300 grams smoked salmon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 white onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons capers, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 avocados
  • 6 cherry tomatoes

  • Finely chop the salmon and mix it with the onion, capers, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the tartare in a heart-shaped cookie cutter on the two plates to be served and remove the cutter.
  • Garnish the plate with sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes.
