300 grams smoked salmon
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 white onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons capers, finely chopped
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 avocados
6 cherry tomatoes

Finely chop the salmon and mix it with the onion, capers, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the tartare in a heart-shaped cookie cutter on the two plates to be served and remove the cutter.
Garnish the plate with sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes.
