  • 2 cups cod, Desalted and shredded
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato, diced and seeded
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 bay, leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoons thyme
  • 2 cloves
  • 1/2 cups almonds, peeled
  • 1 cup olives
  • 5 tablespoons Salsa Huichol® Habanero hot sauce
  • 1 gram ground pepper
  • 2 grams salt

  • Heat the oil in a medium pot over medium heat, sauté the onion, garlic, and tomato for 5 minutes.
  • Add the cod, bay leaf, thyme, clove, and cook for 20 more minutes.
  • Add the almonds, olives, and habanero Huichol sauce. Cook for 20 more minutes, adjust the seasoning, and let it rest.
