1/2 cups olive oil
1 cup tomato, diced and seeded
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 onions
2 bay, leaves
1/2 teaspoons thyme
2 cloves
1/2 cups almonds, peeled
1 cup olives
5 tablespoons Salsa Huichol® Habanero hot sauce
1 gram ground pepper
2 grams salt

Heat the oil in a medium pot over medium heat, sauté the onion, garlic, and tomato for 5 minutes.
Add the cod, bay leaf, thyme, clove, and cook for 20 more minutes.
Add the almonds, olives, and habanero Huichol sauce. Cook for 20 more minutes, adjust the seasoning, and let it rest.
