White Fish in Chipotle Chile and Tamarind Sauce

6 sea bass fillet, or white fish
1/2 cups tamarind concentrate
2 tablespoons chipotle chile, in can
1/2 tablespoons salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 onions, sliced
1/2 tablespoons pepper
3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a medium-sized deep bowl, combine the tamarind concentrate, chipotle chile, salt, olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper. Mix well.
Grease a large rectangular baking dish and place the 6 fish fillets inside. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
Place the sliced onion on the fillets and pour the tamarind sauce over them.
Bake the fillets for 15-20 minutes or until when cutting a fillet with a fork it separates easily.
Serve the fillets on a large platter or individual plates.
