White Fish in Green Sauce

A delicious steamed seabass served over a green sauce. This recipe is low in fat as the fish is steamed with a little butter; it remains very juicy and has excellent flavor. Additionally, it is accompanied by this easy and tasty green sauce that will give it a Mexican touch that you will love.

  • 4 sea bass fillet, of 200 grams each
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 tomatillos
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 5 leaves lettuce
  • pepper
Preparation

  • Season the seabass fillets with butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the fillets in a steamer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • While the fish is cooking, chop the green tomato, onion, chili, and lettuce, and blend until you obtain a sauce in the blender.
  • Cook the sauce in a pan for 5 minutes.
