Preparation
Season the sea bass fillets with butter, salt and pepper.
Cook the steaks in a steamer for 10 to 15 minutes.
While the fish is cooking, chop the green tomato, onion, chili and lettuce and grind until you get a sauce in the blender.
Cook the sauce in a pan for 5 minutes.
