A rich steamed sea bass served on a green sauce. This recipe is low in fat since the fish is steamed with a little butter; It stays very juicy and with excellent flavor. It is also accompanied with this easy and delicious green sauce that will give you a Mexican touch that you will love.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 sea ​​bass fillets, of 200 grams each
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 green tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 5 leaves lettuce
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

Season the sea bass fillets with butter, salt and pepper.
Cook the steaks in a steamer for 10 to 15 minutes.
While the fish is cooking, chop the green tomato, onion, chili and lettuce and grind until you get a sauce in the blender.
Cook the sauce in a pan for 5 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve the fish fillets and on them the green sauce. Decorate the dish with parsley or cilantro.
