Apple and Pear Puree

It is a very simple and easy recipe to make, as well as nutritious and delicious for the little ones at home.

  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

  • Peel the apple and pear, cut them into small pieces, and cook them with water in a covered saucepan over low heat.
  • Add the cinnamon when it starts to boil and let it cook for about 15 more minutes or until the fruit is soft.
  • Blend the fruits and let cool to room temperature.
