1 cup water
1 pinch cinnamon

Peel the apple and pear, cut them into small pieces, and cook them with water in a covered saucepan over low heat.
Add the cinnamon when it starts to boil and let it cook for about 15 more minutes or until the fruit is soft.
Blend the fruits and let cool to room temperature.
