BBQ Chicken Rolls

Now that Children's Day is just around the corner, there’s nothing better than treating them with the best dishes, like this BBQ chicken roll recipe, which has a touch of Smucker’s® Orange Marmalade, it will be delicious! You know it, there’s no better option to pamper your little ones this Children's Day.

  • 1/2 cups Smucker's® Orange Marmalade, for the BBQ sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup, for the BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar, for the BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mustard, for the BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, for the BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder, for the BBQ sauce
  • salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • vegetable oil
  • 3 cups chicken fajitas
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • Manchego cheese
  • butter, for frying the rolls
  • potato wedges, for serving

  • Place the ketchup, Smucker’s Orange Marmalade, apple cider vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper in a pot. Mix all the ingredients and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until thickened.
  • Sear the chicken in a pan over medium heat with oil, and when it’s golden brown on all sides, pour some of the BBQ sauce and cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is well cooked.
  • Place the BBQ chicken on a flour tortilla, add a bit of cheese, and roll it up like a burrito.
  • Place the BBQ chicken roll in a pan to lightly brown.
  • Cut the BBQ chicken rolls in half and serve with a bit of Smucker’s Orange Marmalade.
