  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Wash the beetroots well, remove the roots, and wrap each one in aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until soft.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Peel the beetroots and cut them in half.
  • Place them in a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until you reach the desired consistency, adding a tablespoon of water if necessary.
