Bell Pepper, Carrot, and Oat Puree

This delicious puree is a good option for the skin care of your baby from 6 to 12 months, as the carrot is rich in vitamin A which helps keep it soft, aid in its renewal, and protect against harmful sun rays.

  • 1 bell pepper, washed and disinfected
  • 1 carrot, washed and disinfected
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cups oats

  • Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut into cubes.
  • Peel the carrot and cut into cubes.
  • In a pot over high heat, bring the water to a boil and add the vegetables and oats, mix. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
  • Blend, cool, and serve.
