  • 3 broccoli flower
  • 1 sweet potato, medium peeled and diced

  • Steam the vegetables. Cook the sweet potato for 12 minutes and the broccoli for 7-8 minutes.
  • Mix the vegetables with a little of the water you cooked them in until you form a smooth puree
