Cassava, Pear, and Fig Puree

The cassava, pear, and fig puree provides a good amount of vitamin C, preventing respiratory illnesses that can affect your baby. It also aids in the growth of their bones due to the calcium content. It prevents dehydration, thanks to the water content in the fruits.

  • 1/2 cassava
  • 1/2 pears
  • 4 figs

  • Peel the cassava and cut it into medium cubes. Cut the figs into quarters. Cut the pear into cubes.
  • Add 200 ml of water to the Evenflo Advance® steamer's hole. Pour the cassava, pear, and figs into the steamer basket and put the lid on. Press the steam button, let cook for 20 minutes, making sure to check that the steamer has water.
  • Add the ingredients to the Evenflo Advance® blender container. Twist the blender base. Place the blender container and turn it clockwise. Press the power button and blend for 1 minute or until the ingredients are well blended.
  • Let cool before serving.
