Mix the cheese, cornstarch, and egg in a bowl until all ingredients are fully combined. Then, use an ice cream scoop or a spoon to form balls, place them on a tray, and shape them into nuggets. Freeze for 30 minutes.
While the nuggets are freezing, prepare the dip: mix Smucker's® apricot jam, sour cream, butter, lemon zest, powdered rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate until use.
Once the freezing time has elapsed, coat the cheese nuggets with cornstarch, then dip them in the egg mixed with milk, and finally coat them in panko.
Heat a deep skillet with plenty of oil and fry the nuggets for about 3 minutes, until they are golden and crispy.
Serve the cheese nuggets hot and accompany with the dip and french fries.
