1/4 teaspoons McCormick® celery salt
2 carrots, cut into pieces

In an Express Pressure Cooker® over high heat, add the oil. Add the chicken, 2 cups of water, salt, and carrot.
Close the Express Pressure Cooker® and put on the pressure regulator, place it on the stove over high heat, when steam starts to escape, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 35 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat, let it cool, remove the pressure regulator, open the Express Pressure Cooker® and you're done!
Transfer to a food processor until you achieve a thick consistency.
