Chicken and Carrot Express Puree

Delicious and nutritious chicken and carrot puree suitable for babies aged 9 to 11 months.

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 chicken breast, or skinless, boneless chicken thigh
  • 1/4 teaspoons McCormick® celery salt
  • 2 carrots, cut into pieces

  • In an Express Pressure Cooker® over high heat, add the oil. Add the chicken, 2 cups of water, salt, and carrot.
  • Close the Express Pressure Cooker® and put on the pressure regulator, place it on the stove over high heat, when steam starts to escape, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 35 minutes.
  • Remove the pot from the heat, let it cool, remove the pressure regulator, open the Express Pressure Cooker® and you're done!
  • Transfer to a food processor until you achieve a thick consistency.
