Bread as usual by first dipping in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Repeat as many times as necessary to form a thick cutlet.
Steam the rice. Wet your hands and shape the bone until it reaches the desired size.
Place on a bed of lettuce. Create the eyes, mouth, tail, and ears with panela cheese. You can paint the details with an edible marker or with some sauce.
Shape the little dog and place it along with the rice bone.
