Dog Cutlet

  • 2 chicken cutlets, thick

  • Cut the cutlets in half. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Bread as usual by first dipping in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Repeat as many times as necessary to form a thick cutlet.
  • Steam the rice. Wet your hands and shape the bone until it reaches the desired size.
  • Place on a bed of lettuce. Create the eyes, mouth, tail, and ears with panela cheese. You can paint the details with an edible marker or with some sauce.
  • Shape the little dog and place it along with the rice bone.
