Easy Chicken Sandwich

  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded, for the chicken salad
  • 1/3 cups mayonnaise, for the chicken salad
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream, for the chicken salad
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, for the chicken salad
  • 1/3 cups peas, cooked, for the chicken salad
  • sandwich bread, large
  • salt
  • pepper
  • black olives, for decoration

  • baby carrot

  • In a bowl, mix the chicken breast, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, peas, salt, and pepper.
  • Place some chicken salad on a slice of sandwich bread, cover with another slice, and cut with a 10 cm diameter round cutter. Crimp the edges with a fork and cut a triangle to simulate Pac-Man's mouth. Add a black olive to simulate the eye. Set aside.
  • Cut the Glorys® in half and set aside.
  • Place the sandwich in a container, add the Glorys®, and serve with baby carrots and pistachios.
