In a bowl, mix the chicken breast, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, peas, salt, and pepper. Place some chicken salad on a slice of sandwich bread, cover with another slice, and cut with a 10 cm diameter round cutter. Crimp the edges with a fork and cut a triangle to simulate Pac-Man's mouth. Add a black olive to simulate the eye. Set aside.
