  • Use a 3 cm diameter round cutter to cut two circles in the bread, then cut those circles in half; this will help simulate the arms. Repeat the process with another slice of bread. Place the 4 slices of bread on a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray, and bake for 5 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add one egg. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes and repeat with all the eggs. Set aside.
  • To assemble the sandwiches: take an uncut slice of bread, add a slice of ham, American cheese, and Manchego cheese, and top with one of the bread faces. Place the egg sandwich in a lunchbox and decorate with avocado.
  • Serve the egg sandwich and accompany with Danonino® Pouch Lunch grape, mixed berries, and mini cheeses.
