Use a 3 cm diameter round cutter to cut two circles in the bread, then cut those circles in half; this will help simulate the arms. Repeat the process with another slice of bread. Place the 4 slices of bread on a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray, and bake for 5 minutes at 180 °C. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add one egg. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes and repeat with all the eggs. Set aside.
