1 chayote, boneless
1 cup kale
1/3 cups whipping cream
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated

In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In another pot with boiling water and salt, boil the chayote until soft, about 15 minutes. Add the kale and cook for 4 more minutes.
Cut the chayote into small pieces, blend with the kale and heavy cream.
In a deep skillet, heat the butter with the sauce until it boils, add the pasta, mix and season.
Serve on a plate and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
