Fish Sticks and Burger with Mac & Cheese

We present 3 recipes that will be a hit with the little ones at home; they are delicious fish sticks, a tasty mashed potato, and savory burgers with mac & cheese. This recipe is perfect for any children's party.

  • 2 cups vegetable oil, (for the fish sticks)
  • 1 box fish fingers, Always Save® (for the fish sticks)
  • 2 cups cow's milk, (for the mashed potatoes)
  • 1/2 sticks butter, (for the mashed potatoes)
  • 1 box mashed potatoes, instant Always Save® (for the mashed potatoes)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, (for the mashed potatoes)
  • 6 cups water, (for the mac & cheese)
  • 1 box macaroni & cheese Always Save®, (for the mac & cheese)
  • 1/4 cups butter, (for the mac & cheese)
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk, (for the mac & cheese)
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil, (for the burgers)
  • 5 molded hamburger meat VALLEY FOODS
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped (for the burgers)

  • For the fish sticks: heat the oil in a skillet and fry the fish sticks in batches of five until golden brown and well cooked.
  • Remove the fish sticks and drain excess fat with paper towels.
  • For the mashed potatoes: in a medium pot, heat the milk and add the butter. Incorporate the mashed potatoes, season, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the fish sticks, accompany with the mashed potatoes, and garnish with a bit of chopped parsley.
  • For the mac & cheese: heat the water in a small pot, when it boils add the pasta and cook for 7 minutes. After the time is up, remove from heat and drain.
  • Place the pasta in a medium bowl and add the butter, milk, and the contents of the packet. Mix well and set aside.
  • For the burgers: heat the oil in a skillet and fry the burgers one at a time on both sides, making sure they don’t burn. Remove excess fat with paper towels.
  • Place the meat on the hamburger bun, add some macaroni on top, and garnish with chopped parsley.
