The classic vegetable soup but with a more fun and cute twist. If your kids don't like eating vegetables, try telling them they're flowers and hearts. They'll love it!
Wash and disinfect all the vegetables. Peel the potato and carrot.
With cookie cutters, make all the shapes you can think of with each vegetable. Boil them in 2 liters of water with coarse salt. I recommend boiling the potato and carrot first, and lastly the chayote, zucchini, and green beans.
Blend the tomato in a blender or food processor. Strain and add to the vegetable broth. Incorporate garlic seasoning or any seasoning of your choice.
Adjust the seasoning. While it continues to boil, you can add a handful of rice to cook, thicken the soup a bit, and give it more consistency.
