  • Pour water into a pot. Leave it over medium heat until it boils. Once boiling, add the piece of chicken. Let it boil for 1 hour.
  • 20 minutes before the chicken finishes boiling, add the vegetables. Let it boil for those 20 minutes until cooked. It is important to leave the vegetables with the skin for the minerals your baby needs.
  • Blend the puree in a baby food grinder until you achieve a smooth consistency.
