Ham and Cheese Ears

  • 1 package cream cheese, for dip
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise, for dip
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, for dip
  • 1 cup Fud® smoked bacon, golden and finely chopped, for dip
  • 10 sandwich bread, without crust
  • 1 Virginia Fud® turkey breast
  • 1 Fud® sliced ​​manchego cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, to brown the ears

  • For the dip, mix in a bowl the cream cheese with the mayonnaise, mustard, and FUD® smoked bacon until achieving a smooth mixture, set aside.
  • On a tray with non-stick plastic, place the slices of bread and, using your hands, press the edges well. Then, with a rolling pin, flatten the bread to form a sheet. Spread the previous dip preparation until covering the entire surface.
  • Place the Virginia Turkey Breast FUD® and the FUD® Manchego Cheese, roll them into ears, wrap with plastic, and freeze for 1 hour. Remove from the freezer and cut into 3-finger thickness, set aside.
