  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/3 cups sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons REXAL® baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese
  • 1 cup deli ham, in small cubes
  • 1 cup pineapple, in cubes
  • Manchego cheese, for decoration
  • black olives, for decoration
  • tomato, for decoration

  • Blend the milk, sour cream, egg, flour, Rexal®, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Pour the previous mixture into a bowl. Add the cheese, ham, and pineapple and mix until combined. Place in greased muffin molds. Bake in an electric oven for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Decorate the muffins with circles of manchego cheese, black olives for eyes, and tomato for a mouth.
  • Place the Hawaiian muffins in a lunchbox and serve with salad and fruit.
