Hawaiian Pasta Salad

Treat the little ones at home with this Hawaiian pasta salad recipe; it will become one of their favorite dishes.

  • water, boiling, to cook the pasta
  • 400 grams elbow pasta, small pasta
  • salt
  • 1 cup canned pineapple syrup
  • 1 cup deli ham
  • 1 cup canned pineapple
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cups celery
  • 1/4 cups carrot, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

  • Add salt to a pot of boiling water, then add the elbow pasta and the pineapple syrup for a sweet and tropical flavor. Cook for 9 more minutes. Drain in cold water to stop the cooking.
  • Place the cooked pasta, ham, canned pineapple, mayonnaise, mustard, cream, celery, carrot, and parsley in a bowl, mix thoroughly to incorporate all the ingredients.
  • Serve and enjoy.
