Dough procedure
1. Sift the flour and make a well, add the yeast, salt, sugar, and mix. Form the well again and add oil, warm water, and start kneading until the dough has a smooth texture (bubbles). Place the dough in a container and cover it with a bag to let it rest until it doubles in volume (leave it in a warm place or in the sun).
Sauce procedure
1. Add all the sauce ingredients to the tomato puree and season.
Pizza procedure
1. Roll out the dough to the desired size, grease the tray with a little oil and spread the pizza. Add the sauce, cheese, ham, and pineapple. Place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes until it is puffed up from the bottom.
