Hummus-Stuffed Tortillas with Ham

1 package flour tortillas
1 Hummus Libanius®
5 tablespoons butter, ghee
1/4 cups coconut oil
250 grams ham
250 grams Manchego cheese, in slices

Heat the griddle over high heat.
Heat the tortillas on the griddle for about 30 seconds on each side.
Remove the tortillas from the griddle and place them on a plate.
Add a teaspoon of ghee butter to the tortilla and spread it well.
Add a tablespoon of Libanius Hummus and spread it all over the tortilla.
Cut the ham and place it on the tortilla previously spread with ghee butter and hummus.
Fold the sides' ends toward the center, then fold the bottom end toward the center and finish by folding the top end toward the center.
Brush coconut oil all over the folded tortilla.
Repeat steps 1 to 8 for each folded tortilla.
Reheat the griddle over high heat.
Place the folded tortillas on the griddle and heat for 1 minute on each side.
Remove each one from the griddle and add a slice of manchego cheese on top.
