Hummus-Stuffed Tortillas with Ham

Flour tortilla spread with delicious ghee butter and hummus, filled with ham and topped with a rich slice of manchego cheese.

  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 1 Hummus Libanius®
  • 5 tablespoons butter, ghee
  • 1/4 cups coconut oil
  • 250 grams ham
  • 250 grams Manchego cheese, in slices

  • Heat the griddle over high heat.
  • Heat the tortillas on the griddle for about 30 seconds on each side.
  • Remove the tortillas from the griddle and place them on a plate.
  • Add a teaspoon of ghee butter to the tortilla and spread it well.
  • Add a tablespoon of Libanius Hummus and spread it all over the tortilla.
  • Cut the ham and place it on the tortilla previously spread with ghee butter and hummus.
  • Fold the sides' ends toward the center, then fold the bottom end toward the center and finish by folding the top end toward the center.
  • Brush coconut oil all over the folded tortilla.
  • Repeat steps 1 to 8 for each folded tortilla.
  • Reheat the griddle over high heat.
  • Place the folded tortillas on the griddle and heat for 1 minute on each side.
  • Remove each one from the griddle and add a slice of manchego cheese on top.
